NEW YEAR, NEW YOU! HAPPY 2023 EVERYONE! This year I am putting my health first and making some tweaks in my daily routines so I can live a better version of myself.

Staying fit is an essential goal of mine so I’m sharing some of my at home workout must-haves that help get me through the week.



Want to workout WHILE you work? My new Under Desk Elliptical Machine is PERFECT! It’s like killing two birds with one stone. I love multitasking so this thing is perfect and I’m actually using it while writing this post. It also isn’t too big so it is easy to store away when you aren’t using it. They have a few different styles to choose from and as well as an app you can follow for workouts.

I’m always trying to get more toned so I bought these Bala Weighted Bangles to help. They come in lots of different color options and are my favorite new accessory 😉 . I like wearing them around my wrists and ankles while walking around the house, working out, and even outside. Mine are 1 pound each and help raise your heart rate, burn fat, and build muscle.

If you are going to be working out at home, then a yoga mat is a must. They come in handy for not only at home workouts, but also stretching. This one comes in lots of different color options as well as an attachable shoulder strap. Such a great find.

Lastly, When it comes to running shoes, I’m obsessed with THESE at the moment. They provide great support and they look pretty cute too.
