Today we are teaming up with Artkive to share the BEST way to capture, organize, and celebrate your child’s creativity. The Artkive book solves the problem parents face of what to do with all of their kid’s artwork and it’s a great way to reduce the clutter. The process is simple and I’m going break it down step-by-step for you:
HOW IT WORKS
-
ORDER A BOX
To begin the process, Artkive will send you a big box that is designed to safely ship all of your child’s artwork. The Artkive box is more than just a box; it’s the beginning of your Artkive experience. It’s sturdy and large enough to safely send larger pieces as well as artwork with 3D elements.
You load up all of the artwork into the prepaid shipping label box and answer a few questions on a checklist about what you would like the book to be called and how you would like it categorized and organized. *You can opt into getting your child’s artwork returned afterwards, too!
-
SEND THEM YOUR ARTWORK
After you fill up your box, you will ship it back to the Artkive team where they will photograph and organize everything online.
Once Artkive gets your box back to their studio, they will professionally photograph and edit each piece with studio lighting and state-of-the art equipment.
You can send anywhere from 20-200 pieces of artwork in a single book and each page contains 1 piece of art to emulate the look and feel of a gallery art book.
-
APPROVE AND COMPLETE
Artkive’s design team with create a digital proof 1-2 weeks after they receive the box of your art book and will email it over for you to review, edit if needed, and ultimately approve.
Once approved, they will print and ship out your completed book straight to your door for you to enjoy! Printing a book takes 4 business days, and standard shipping usually takes approximately 2-5 business days depending on where you live.

We had so much fun collecting and organizing all of my 4-year-old daughter’s artwork. It was an easy and seamless process that we could enjoy together and we absolutely LOVE the outcome. We now have a beautiful book of all of her preschool artwork that we can look through for a lifetime.
I would love to create a book for each year of school to add to my daughter’s collection. She will look back on these amazing memories that are so colorful, imaginative and artistic. Artkive really is the easiest and most creative way to organize all of your child’s artwork!
