HOME WORKOUT MUST HAVE ITEMS

Happy March! Lots of people have been working out more at home these days (including myself) so I thought I would do a round up of some of my favorite must have items.

I’m trying to get more toned for summer so I bought these Bala Weighted Bangles to help. I got them in pink (duh), but they come in lots of different color options and are my favorite new accessory 😉 . I like wearing them around my wrists and ankles while walking around the house, working out, and even outside. They are 1lb each and help raise your heart rate, burn fat, and build muscle.




When it comes to running shoes, I’m obsessed with THESE. I know they might not look the cutest, but they’re amazing! They have great support and their full-foot DNA LOFT cushioning keeps your heel-to-toe transition comfortable and responsive stride after stride. Love them!

If you are going to be working out at home, then a yoga mat is a must. They come in handy for not only at home workouts, but also stretching. This one comes in lots of different color options as well as an attachable shoulder strap. Such  a great find.

Resistance Bands are another great product to have in your house. These are perfect for your legs and butt. They also come in pretty colors too!
