SEPTEMBER 2020 AMAZON FINDS

I’ve been doing a lot of shopping on Amazon lately and prepping for fall. You really can’t beat their prices, fast shipping time, and of course their huge selection. I also opened up my own Amazon Storefront and you can shop ALL of my Amazon picks here.

Today I’m rounding up some recent purchases that will be especially great for the changing temperatures:

1. GREEN BOHO DRESS

I polled this dress over on Instagram Stories and it didn’t get the greatest feedback from you guys, but I decided I’m going to keep it. I love the flowy style and per a lot of your suggestions, I think it will look cute with a belt (similar to the picture shown). It runs a little on the small side so I recommend going up one size. I’m thinking it will look good on a tropical vacation or even as a good beach coverup. Also for $24 you really can’t go wrong.

2. STUDDED RAIN BOOTS

Aren’t these fab!? I love the studded details and the fact that they aren’t too tall. I’m only 5’3″ and hate tall rain boots. These run in whole sizes and I normally wear a 6.5 and went up to a size 7. Can’t wait to break these out this fall!

3. PRESCHOOL ACTIVITY SET

My daughter is starting in person preschool this fall (with masks of course), but I thought it would be fun to get these supplemental activities to do at home. There are a variety of different themed boxes and for $24 you get a bunch of activity mats that are erasable and reusable. We got the Preschool Champion box and I’ll keep you posted on what we think.

4. UNREAL ALMOND BUTTER CUPS

These are dangerously good. My friend introduced me to them and I’m kind of mad about it because I can’t stop eating them. What I love most about them is that they are made with clean ingredients. You can get them at Whole Foods, but also online at Amazon. They have a whole line of candy that you can shop here. I’ve only tried the almond butter cups so far, which ones should I try next? SO GOOD!

5. PRINCESS RAPUNZEL DRESS

My daughter is obsessed with all things princesses and requested a Rapunzel dress. This one is made well and comes with a crown and wand. There are actually a variety of options to choose from. She wears it weekly and it has held up well in the wash. Halloween might look a little different this year due to COVID, but Elle will still be rocking her costume and I guess that’s all that matters.

6. PICTURE HANGING STRIPS

I’m obsessed with these and use them all over my house. They are perfect for hanging paintings and prints that are on the lighter side. We recently used a ton to create my daughter’s gallery wall seen earlier this week in this post. They are the perfect alternative to nailing a bunch of holes in your wall and never leave a mark. The best!

7. STOPLIGHT ALARM CLOCK

My daughter had a phase where she was waking up at 5AM every day so I bought this to help train her. It took awhile and I was almost going to return it, but she loved the Sesame Street characters so much that I kept it. If you have a toddler and need to train them on when to wake up, then this is a great option. It comes in a bunch of different character options and is really easy to use. Just set the alarm for when you want your child to wake up and teach them that they can’t get out of bed until the stoplight turns green. Such a cute idea.

8. KIDS DISPOSABLE FACE MASKS

As I said above, my daughter is starting in person preschool this year and they are required to bring 3 masks daily. We have a bunch of cloth masks, but I thought it was important to buy some disposable ones too. This brand makes a bunch of different fun prints to choose from and are perfect for your kids face. My daughter is 3 and loves them.

9. KID STAR SNEAKERS

I’ve always been a huge fan of Golden Goose sneakers, but to spend $400 on a pair for my daughter is ridiculous. Especially since kids are messy and their feet grow every season. These Golden Goose kid dupes are adorable and come in 3 different colors. For $19, you really can’t beat the price and I would say they are good quality too.

10. GLASS FOOD STORAGE CONTAINERS

I’m always in the marker for good food storage containers and usually choose glass. I love this 10 pack for $29. You can choose from a bunch of different colors and the quality is great. They are BPA and LEAD free (which is really important for me) and perfect for food prepping during the week. They also work in the freezer!

11. CUT OUT YOGA PANTS

I am loving these yoga pants for fall. For $15, you really can’t go wrong and I think the cut out details are kind of edgy and cute. They come in a bunch of different colors + patterns, but I went with basic black. I would also say that these run true to size so get your normal size in them.

12. LEOPARD SWEATER

Isn’t this sweater fun?! It also comes in a bunch of different colors and is such a cute find for fall.  It’s a great alternative to the classic leopard print and will great paired with denim. I’m ready for some colder temperatures so I can break it out.
