Hellooo from sunny California! Today I’m teaming up with Nordstrom to share some vacation essentials I took along on my trip. When it comes to packing, I love choosing pieces that are timeless and can easily be mixed and matched into a few different looks.

Today’s look I’ve been wearing on heavy rotation at the pool this week. Let’s break it down:

ESPERANZA EYELET TUNIC DRESS

This adorable dress is perfect for the beach, pool, or even a picnic in the park or lunch out with friends. It’s made of a lightweight cotton material and has the prettiest lace-up details. It’s shown as a tunic top in the photos, but I’m 5’3′, wearing a small, and it’s the perfect length as a dress. Lately I’ve been loving all of Free People’s boho styles and a few more of my favorites include this dress and this tunic.

EMBELLISHED SANDALS

Aren’t these sandals just the cutest? They kind remind me of Balenciaga, but they’re actually Sam Edelman. I love the embellished studded details and they’re beyond comfortable! When it comes to shoes, Sam Edelman is an amazing brand. They make the chicest styles and are such a great price point. Most of their shoes {including these} are around $100 or even less! A few more of my favorites include these and these.

RAY BAN SUNGLASSES

When it comes to sunglasses, these are always my go-to pair. They are a classic and look great with any outfit. I’m very into Ray-Bans these days and am considering getting another pair. I currently have my eye on either this round pair or these. Which one do you like better?

CLARE V. WOVEN STRAW TOTE

I actually got this bag last summer and ended up wearing it a lot. It’s the perfect handbag to pack for vacation because you can use it at the beach or pool, as well as out shopping or even for a casual night out. It’s just the right size, lightweight, and comes in black too. Clare V. has been a favorite handbag brand of mine for awhile and I’m LOVING this updated straw basket bag for the spring and summer season.
