Happy Monday guys! I’m writing to you from sunny California, but these photos were taken before I left. Today I’ve teamed up with Ann Taylor to talk all about the HERLead campaign. It’s a great chance to support and mentor women of the next generation.

The program, which launched in 2011, is a partnership between the Ann Taylor and LOFT brands and Vital Voices. They are dedicated to providing leadership skills and mentoring to remarkable girls who are making an impact in their communities.

This will be their 8th year of the program and they’re currently searching for the next 30 young women to join the community. Applications are open until March 8th to high school sophomores and juniors, and you can apply and find out more information here.

Ann Taylor has always been a favorite of mine and today I’m sharing a fun outfit perfect for transitional weather. Let’s break it down:

COLORBLOCK SWEATER

PEPLUM MOTO JACKET

Isn’t this jacket just the cutest?! It’s made of a fringed material that’s textured and shiny. I especially love the zipper details and tailored fit. Moto jackets are always a good idea and perfect for springtime once the weather warms up. Until then you can rock it as a blazer and wear it over a heavier coat. You can SHOP MORE JACKETS HERE.

LEOPARD TASSEL FLATS

I love me some leopard and these flats are perfection. They’re not only comfortable, but super cute too. They have stylish tassels and a cute pointed toe. I also always find that leopard pairs perfectly with denim and pops of color. You can SHOP MORE SYLISH FLATS HERE.

TULIP HEM SKINNY JEANS

When it comes to jeans, I always tend to gravitate towards a skinny style. This pair has the perfect amount of stretch as well as a fun fringed tulip hem.
