Happy spring guys! Even though it doesn’t feel like spring in Chicago, you can still try to dress like it {with a coat of course}. I always find these monthly life lately posts to be extremely enjoyable to write. They are also a great way for me to show a more personal glimpse into my life. Today I’m sharing all about what I’ve been up to this past month including what I’ve bought, where I ate {lots of fun places this month!}, and some fun events I attended.

Starting with my sweet cheeks of course! What else is new 😉 ?

We had a fun date night at Hugo’s Frog Bar. It’s actually one of our favorite restaurants in Chicago. Make sure to see ALL my favorite date night restaurants in this post.

I got a fun package from NYX cosmetics. I always love experimenting when it comes to makeup and trying new products. Aren’t these eyeshadow palettes so fun? You can shop all these products here.

Elle has been rocking some high ponies lately.

Doing a little shopping at J.Crew. They have so many cute new styles for spring. I’m currently eyeing this jacket, this adorable striped shirt, and this cute top.

I went to a fun cooking class with my mother-in-law at the Carlton Club. I now know how to make brick chicken and can’t wait to try to recreate it at home.
