Goat Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms



  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a medium bowl mix together the goat cheese, parmesan cheese, chives, salt and pepper.
  3. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and spoon the mixture into each mushroom cap.
  4. Place on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  6. Serve warm.
