Happy Wednesday everyone! Today I am sharing a long overdue nursery reveal. My original plan was to get this out BEFORE Elle was born, but life happens and my sweet pea came a bit early. So today is finally the day…

When designing the nursery, I wanted the furniture to all match in some sort of way. I went with a white and grey color scheme for the dresser and chairottoman set. I then did an all white acrylic modern crib from Land of Nod, a white bookcase, and a silver lamp and accent table {old from West Elm}. Lastly I wanted to add some color with this super cute + colorful rug.

For the artwork, I turned to Minted. I cannot say enough about how much I love their website! They not only have a great selection of artwork, but also gifts, stationary, and a huge holiday section filled with cards, party decor, gift ideas, and beautiful wrapping paper. We were lucky enough to order Elle’s birth announcements from the site as well.

The artwork I chose from Minted included this alphabet poster and this rainbow heart one. I thought both were really vibrant and fun. Also, you can customize a lot of their pieces with your baby’s name. I also added this pillow to her glider that I got awhile back when I did this previous post with Minted. The have lots of different patterns and shapes to choose from. Also you guys are in luck because today I am giving away 2 $150 GIFT CARDS TO MINTED.COM!! Just click on THIS LINK to enter.

To add even more color to the room, I hung up 2 more pieces of art that I created myself back in college. Something you might not know about me is that I was an art major in college and used to love to paint… now I don’t really have time or a good space to do it, but maybe I’ll get back into it one day.

For the decor we tried to choose fun pops of colors and of course lots of pink. A few of my favorites include her 3 sprouts elephant bin that for now we are using as a hamper, but plan on using as a toy bin later. I also absolutely LOVE the smaller cube bins for the bookcase. Aren’t all their animal designs so cute? We also have a pink diaper pale and pink humidifier {both gifts from my fabulous friends!}.

Another favorite of Elle’s includes her musical mobile from The Peanut Shell. It matches her crib perfectly and plays a gentle lullaby that helps sooth her to sleep. We even have the matching cotton quilt that is super soft and double sided. Elle is going to have so much fun playing on it and doing tummy time.

Lastly, Elle is loving the brand aden + anais. They sell it almost everywhere and we cannot rave enough about all the cute patterns + designs. I am such a huge fan of the burpy bibs. We go through quite a few of those daily. We also love wrapping her up in the swaddles {love these hot pink star designs} and we recently got these fun gold print ones from her grandma. Also, when she gets a little bit bigger we can really enjoy these colorful bibs.

Here are a few photos of everything I talked about above as well as links to most of the stuff. Let me know what you think and don’t forget TO ENTER THE MINTED GIVEAWAY HERE 😉 !
