Today we are talking all about the GUYS! To be honest, boys are always so tough to shop for. My husband is rather picky when it comes to clothes, and we have different styles, so I never really know if he is going to absolutely LOVE something or totally hate it.
I did some excessive research around the web and was able to find some really great stuff. If you need ideas for your father, brother, boyfriend, or husband then I’ve got you covered! Also don’t worry because I managed to find options all UNDER $100 because it’s always great to have a budget. Besides the variety of ideas below, a few of my other favorites include:
SHUTTERFLY
Honestly anything from Shutterfly is always a fan favorite. They make it super easy to create calendars, photo books, as well as lots of other personalized essentials. This website is a great go-to when you have a family member that is tough to shop for. Parents and grandparents will LOVE anything you make them from this site.
SPA CERTIFICATE
I also always love the idea of a spa certificate. I mean, who doesn’t love the spa?! It’s something that most guys love too. My favorite spa go-to places in Chicago include Mario Tricoci’s, The Four Seasons, AIRE Ancient Baths and Kohler Waters Spa in Lincoln Park.
COOKING CLASS
I always think cooking classes are fun! Since we are still kind of in a pandemic, there are a lot of virtual options too. Sounds like a fun date night to me. I always love The Chopping Block. and Sur La Table used to have some fun ones at their 900 N. Michigan location.
SHOPPING SPREE
I love the idea of a shopping spree with Trunk Club. They make the experience totally relaxed and have a great selection of styles. We did this one year and my husband had so much fun and got some great pieces. If you don’t have Trunk Club in your area, you could always choose your guy’s favorite store and make a date out of it.
1 YEAR SUBSCRIPTION TO NETFLIX OR HULU
Since we are spending a lot of time at home these days, you can get your guy a year subscription to Netflix or Hulu. It will amp up date night and you can even throw in an Amazon Fire Stick.
STAYCATION
I love the idea of planning a staycation. There are so many fun and fancy hotels in downtown Chicago like The Peninsula, The Ritz, The Viceroy, and The Four Seasons (just to name a few…), it would be so sweet to plan a special night for your guy! Don’t live in Chicago? No problem…just find a cute hotel in the city nearest you!
TICKETS TO A CONCERT
I am the type of person that is more about experiences and less about stuff so I love the idea of buying tickets to a concert coming up. That way you can enjoy the gift together!
So now let’s talk about the gifts below. Try to think about what this person really loves (sports? golf? music? trip to vegas?) and then cater their gift around it. I searched the internet to find a variety of options that are all UNDER $200. So let’s get started…shall we?
