Since most people will be working from home this fall, I thought it would be fun to round up some healthy lunch ideas. I have lately been getting kind of sick of my usual options, so I turned to Pinterest for some inspiration.
I wanted recipes that were both quick and healthy. I searched salads, quinoa bowls, wraps, avocado toasts, lighter tuna salad options, and anything with eggs. Lastly, meal prep is always a fan favorite so I chose some ideas that can work throughout the week.
