This summer has looked a lot different from years past. No fun parties and lots of social distancing. A few things we were able to enjoy include good weather, family time, eating outside, and lots of outdoor activities.
Looking back, I see that the last Life Lately post was in February, which was before everything hit the fan. So crazy how drastically life can change in just 6 months, but then that does give hope! I’m hoping that in 6 months things will be way better and this pandemic will be behind us.

We spent a wonderful day with Choose Chicago. We started with an architectural tour on the river with Shoreline Sightseeing. Then we went down to the Riverwalk and had lunch at Beat Kitchen. Lots of park time this summer because it’s honestly the only thing to do. Elle is OBSESSED with this bubble gun. It has been a real life saver and the best one we have ever bought. Shop all my Amazon favorites here.

I don’t know about you, but we have been doing a lot of food deliveries from all of our favorite Chicago restaurants. This dinner was from Monteverde. Give me all the pasta please!
We have been able to have occasional date nights thanks to grandma 😉 . This night we went to Parlor Pizza in River North. They did a great job of social distancing their tables. You can shop my dress here and my headband here (you can get a set of 3 for only $12).
