  1. To make the crust, combine cookies in a food processor or blender and pulse until they make a fine crumble. Then stir the cookie crumbs and melted butter together. Press into a large glass Pyrex dish. Freeze for 15-20 minutes.
  2. During this time, place the softened Hudsonville Strawberry Shortcake ice cream and stir it together to get rid of all the lumps. You want it to be nice a smooth. Spread it evenly over the cookie crumb crust with a spatula. Freeze for 15-20 minutes.
  3. During this time, place the softened Hudsonville Creamery Blend Vanilla ice cream and stir it together to get rid of all the lumps. You want it to be nice a smooth. Spread it evenly over the Hudsonville Strawberry Shortcake ice cream layer with a spatula. Freeze for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Next, even spread the whip cream over the Hudsonville Creamery Blend Vanilla ice cream layer. Use a spatula to get it nice and smooth. Cover with tinfoil and place in the freezer overnight.
  5. The next day, distribute the blueberries and raspberries (or strawberries) in a decorative design to represent the American flag. Use the blueberries for the stars and the raspberries or strawberries for the stripes.
  6. Cover with tinfoil and place back in the freezer until ready to serve.
