ELLE’S SWIMMING UPDATE

This post was sponsored by SwimWays as part of an Ambassador Program for Influence Central and all opinions expressed in my post are my own.

If you follow me on Instagram, then you know that Elle recently started swim lessons. She LOVES the water, so I wanted to make sure she felt confident while in it. A few weeks ago I talked about the importance of teaching your child how to swim, and today I’m going to give you all a little update.

As I said above, Elle started taking weekly swim lessons. We have been doing them on Saturday mornings with a private instructor. Each week, I’ve been seeing her confidence grow and it’s something that Elle always looks forward to.

Since it’s finally June, and warmer weather is upon us, our outdoor pool has finally opened. We have been trying to take advantage of this and have been using our SwimWays Paw Patrol Swim Trainer. It’s Swim Step2 in the SwimWays Swim Step program and has been a real lifesaver. This Swim Trainer has really helped Elle feel more comfortable in the water and she absolutely LOVES the cute Paw Patrol design.

SwimWays is an industry leader in helping children learn to swim and our SwimWays Paw Patrol Swim Trainer has helped increase Elle’s confidence in the water. The permanent floatation in the arms and chest provides greater mobility and the adjustable back buckle is out-of-reach for children, making it more secure and convenient.

Drowning is still one of the most common causes of accidental death in children, so being able to swim is essentially a life-saving skill. We are going to continue our weekly swim lessons so that Elle can gain the support she needs to feel confident and safe in the water.
