Happy 2019 guys! This past month was a cold one in Chicago, but we managed to keep ourselves busy. Like many, I’ve been working hard on decluttering and organizing my home.
I’ve been laying low for the most part, but tried a few new fun restaurants and also found some amazing fashion finds. Hopefully you follow me on Instagram Stories, but if not, take a peak at what we’ve been up to below:
Hanging out with my bestie.
NEW waterproof booties that are perfect for both rain and snow! I needed something a bit more fancy to wear out at night when the weather is bad, and these are perfect. Only $60 and they run a bit big so make sure to size down. Shop them here.
We celebrated my husband’s birthday earlier this month at Maple and Ash which is one of our faves.
Had a ladies dinner with my high school friends at etta. SO GOOD you guys. I will for sure be back.
The dessert we had at etta. SO delish!
The majority of the month has been cold, but there was one random Saturday where it got up into the 50s.
Elle at gym class.
Dinner at Torali. Another one of our faves!
Elle decorated Valentine’s Day cookies and wrote a whole post about her Valentine’s Day favorites. Read it here.
Finally tried AIRE Ancient Baths and LOVED it. I went with my two girlfriends and we had the best day.
My husband and I had a fun date night at Bobby’s Lincoln Park. Everything was SO GOOD including the giant ravioli, meatball, and scallops.
This is how we Sunday when it’s too cold to go outside.
It was National Chocolate Cake Day so Portillo’s sent over their famous chocolate cake.
My friends and I kicked off Restaurant Week in Chicago at Bistronomic. For appetizers we had the mussels and gnocchi.
They also have THE BEST steak frites!
Checked out STK Chicago for Restaurant Week.
Started with two of their signature dishes.
Date night vibes.
Ending with dessert!
