HOLIDAY GIFT GUIDE FOR HIM

Happy Friday guys! I can’t believe that Thanksgiving is next week. Isn’t that crazy?! If you plan on cooking and need some last minute ideas, make sure to check out this post and this post for some great holiday recipe round-ups.

I wanted to get a few Gift Guides out before Black Friday so that you could take advantage of all the great deals. Earlier this week I focused on all the ladies in your lives in THIS POST and today I’m talking about the guys. So if you need ideas for your father, brother, boyfriend, grandfather or husband then I’ve got you covered!

To be honest, boys are always so tough to shop for. My husband is rather picky when it comes to clothes and I never know if he is going to absolutely LOVE something or totally hate it. He is more on the preppy side and I’m a bit more edgy so our styles are totally different. Besides the variety of ideas below, a few of my other favorites include:

SHUTTERFLY

Honestly anything from Shutterfly is always a fan favorite. They make it super easy to create calendars, photo books, as well as lots of other personalized essentials. This website is a great go-to when you have a family member that is tough to shop for. Parents and grandparents will LOVE anything you make them from this site.

SPA CERTIFICATE

I also always love the idea of a spa certificate. I mean, who doesn’t love the spa?! My favorite places in Chicago include Mario Tricoci’s, The Four Seasons, and I’ve been dying to try AIRE Ancient Baths {have you guys been?}.

TICKETS TO AN EVENT

To kind of go with the above idea of an experience, you could always give tickets to a concert, sporting event, or comedy show. Also airplane tickets to somewhere warm {yes please!}, or a cooking classes at The Chopping Block makes a great date night. SHOPPING SPREE

I love the idea of a shopping spree with Trunk Club. They make the experience totally fun and have a great selection of styles. We did this one year and my husband had so much fun and got some great pieces. If you don’t have Trunk Club in your area, you could always choose your guy’s favorite store and make a date out of it.

Try to think about what this person really loves and then cater their gift around it. Besides some of the creative ideas listed above, I managed to find a variety of options that are all UNDER $200. So let’s get started…shall we?
