Last weekend Elle had the chance to attend her first summer music festival. We traveled to Milwaukee and attended Summerfest with BMO Harris Bank. Have you guys been? It was a fun one and we spent the day and early evening walking the grounds, tasting the food, checking out the entertainment, and enjoying the pretty views.

They also offer a 15% discount at Summeriest locations if you use your BMO Harris card and no ATM fees for BMO customers on all of Summerfest’s grounds.

There were a few things we learned when it comes to music festivals and toddlers. We made sure to bring lots of sunscreen {you can find our favorite brands in this post}, noise canceling headphones {for the louder areas}, bug spray, and lots of water. We also brought our regular stroller which is an UPPAbaby VISTA verses our travel stroller because it is more comfortable and has great storage underneath.

The venue is extremely kid friendly and they even have a kids day with extra games and prizes. There are also a few playgrounds as well as a ferris wheel and other rides.

Elle had a blast and even though it was kind of hot, we were able to stay hydrated and had lots of fun. I decided to wear a light embroidered dress and Elle had on a cute romper. Shop similar styles below:
