Today I’m talking all about the classic trench. It’s a great piece to have for transitional weather and rainy days. I also always fund that it’s the perfect piece for elevating any outfit and great for work. Today I’m teaming up with Banana Republic to share a cute and casual way to style a trench so let’s get started…

NAVY TRENCH COAT

Let’s first start with this navy trench. As I stated above, everyone needs a trench coat in their closet and I think I’ve found the perfect one. I love the belted cuff details on the arms and the fact that it’s water resistant so you’re always ready for wet weather. Not into navy? No problem! RAW HEM SKINNY JEANS

Aren’t these jeans super cute? I’ve been a fan of the raw hem style for quite some time and decided I needed a new pair. I love the dark wash of these as well as the stretchy material. They’re extremely comfortable and the price point isn’t bad either {under $100!}. I’m also really into these and you can shop more raw hem jeans here.

STRIPED SHIRT

You can never go wrong with a striped shirt and this one is a winner. It’s super soft and also sold here. I’ve always been a huge fan of stripes and find tops like these to be great key pieces in pretty much any women’s wardrobe.

GOLDEN GOOSE SNEAKERS

I realize these have a bit of a hefty price tag, but I was able to snag them during a Shopbop sale so I got them for a little less. I normally don’t spend a ton of money on shoes {because they go on the ground}, but these are just so darn cute and comfortable. I’m super happy with my purchase and wear them quite often to justify the price. My exact pair is sold out, but this pair and this pair are both pretty similar. LOEFFLER RANDALL HANDBAG

I absolutely LOVE Loeffler Randall handbags. They always make such cute styles and I’m currently loving all the tassel. This exact handbag was from last season, but I was able to find a few similar styles here + here.
