Being a mom is the best. Every day is filled with new firsts and discoveries. Elle has totally changed our lives forever and we just love our sweet little peanut so much.

A few weeks ago Elle did her first professional photoshoot for Nurture Life. She did such an amazing job and we got so many great photos from the talented Brittany of britography that I wanted to share a few below. I especially love how she was able to capture Elle’s joyful personality and sweet smile!

Before we get to the photos, I first wanted to share 5 favorite reasons why we love her because we obviously needed some sort of theme to this post… so here we go…

1. HER SMILE

Elle is always smiling {unless she is hangry or tired}. She is such a joyful person and has such a positive outlook on life. Everything is fun for her and she has a great time no matter what we do.

2. HER LAUGH

Besides smiling, Elle is always laughing. She loves to giggle and it’s the sweetest thing to hear. The simplest things will make her laugh and she is all about the tickle monster.

3. HER HUGS

Elle is just the sweetest, especially when she is giving you a hug and putting her head on your shoulder. It is simply the best.

4. HER FRIENDLY PERSONALITY

Whenever we enter a room or go to a new restaurant, Elle needs to smile and wave at everyone. She loves making new friends wherever we go and has such a warm and inviting personality.

5. HER SWEET CHEEKS

Just like her father, Elle has the sweetest cheeks {it must run in the family!}. We have nicknamed her cheeky because of it and she loves when we put our cheeks together too. It always makes her smile and giggle.
