Happy 2018 everyone! Hope you all had a fantastic new years eve! We kept it real casual and celebrated at home with Elle. It’s super cold here in Chicago, which makes it really hard to leave the house.  Today I’m sharing a cute look that’s perfect for winter.

I’ve previously mentioned my love for SAM. coats and have even worn them on this blog before in this post. I’ve acquired a few throughout the years and must say that they are both super warm as well as stylish. The one I’m wearing in this post comes in a bunch of different colors and you can shop them all here. They also make a hoodless version here as well as a longer version here.

I paired my coat with a cozy white sweater {sold out, but similar styles here, here + here}, and a cute plaid scarf. I’m also wearing my favorite faux leather leggings {also sold here and honestly everyone needs these in their closet}, and some fun leopard booties {see them styled also in this post and this post}.

    Happy new year! Hope that 2018 has started nicely for you! Mine has been so enjoyable as I’m still on leave from work so I’m taking the opportunity to relax! We spent NYE at home too though.
