GOING GINGHAM

You can never go wrong with a classic gingham print. I’ve been a fan of it for years, and it never goes out of style. I’ve been wearing this top quite a bit these past few months and plan to continue wearing it into the fall. It’s super lightweight and I love the flowy cut.

I find that this top is perfect for picnics, casual date nights, and brunches with friends. The brand is Amanda Uprichard and I’ve teamed up with them to post quite a few fun outfits this fall. They currently have so many cute styles and I can’t wait to show you more!

In these photos I paired my top with some skinny jeans, and pair of fun fall sandals. Honestly I’m obsessed with these shoes! They are super comfortable and come in 5 different colors. I’ve also got on some classic aviators, and a camel fringed handbag {that also comes in black, navy, and white}.

I can’t believe summer is coming to an end. Before the temperatures change, there are still some things I want to do with my family. I’m thinking we need more dinners al fresco, a trip to the Bean at Millennium Park {remember this post?}, some more pool time, zoo walks, visiting the Green City Market, more picnic playdates with friends, and a trip to the Chicago Botanical Gardens. I want to try to spend as much time outside as we can because winter can always be a bit cold around here.
