RED HOT SUMMER

Everyone needs a red dress in their closet. It’s a great goto when you feel like you have nothing to wear. This one is by the brand GOEN.J. It’s a new brand I discovered via Shopbop and I am currently loving all their dresses and tops.

The dress I am wearing is sadly currently sold out, but I was able to find it in a long sleeved version here {great for fall!} and some similar styles here, here, here + here. I paired my dress with some studded sandals {old, similar here, here, and here} and some fun sunnies {only $13 and they come in a variety of different colors here}.

Lastly, I’m wearing my favorite Gucci crossbody bag {newer version here and similar styles for less here, here, here+ here}. You can never go wrong with a black crossbody bag with a gold chain 😉 . It matches EVERYTHING!

I can’t believe it’s already almost August! Where has the time gone? Since summer is by far my favorite season in Chicago, I need to soak up this last month and make sure I get outside as much as possible.

    What a beautiful red dress – love the ruffled sleeves! I really like your studded sandals with this too, I have so many pairs of studded sandals, I buy a new pair every year or so as I love the style so much, it’s perfect for summer days! 🙂
