Elle is officially 7 weeks old so I wanted to share a bit of an update today. She has been one bundle of joy and so much fun to hang out with. Elle is currently learning how to smile has been loving working out in her activity gym. She also has been such a great sleeper and is a pro at tummy time. She usually only cries when she is hungry or tired and we love going for walks when the weather is warm enough.

Being a new mom can be filled with lots of new experiences for both myself and my baby. Since Elle is 7 weeks old now, we just started putting her on a daily schedule. She is currently eating 3-4 ounces per feeding about every 3-4 hours during the day. I am also super proud of her because she is able to sleep from 9PM to about 5AM straight before she wakes up and gets hungry again.

Some things we still need to work on include burping {am I the only mother that struggles with this?! ha. and also getting her to fall asleep on her own for bedtime without crying or fussing {honestly the hardest thing for me..}. I guess everything is a work in progress 😉
