10 FITNESS MOTIVATOR MUST-HAVES

Let’s be honest, working out is not something that always excites me. With warmer temps on the horizon, and the help of Cottonelle®,  I have been more motivated to get my fitness on.

Cottonelle® CleanRipple Texture bathroom tissue is designed to clean better per sheet versus the leading national value brand. Cottonelle CleanRipple Texture give you the clean confidence to rock any situation from yoga class to festival fashion to red carpet ready. It fits easily into my lifestyle and “clean routine”.

Since I’ve been on this health kick recently, I wanted to share 10 fitness motivator must-haves  to help get us bikini body ready for summer!

1. FIND A FRIEND
Working out can be so much more fun if you do it with a friend. Not interested in doing a class? No problem. Go for a long walk outside. Some of my favorite areas to walk around include: Lincoln Park, The Chicago Riverwalk, and Lake Michigan Beach.

2. IT’S ALL IN THE OUTFIT
If you look great then you will feel great, right? There are so many amazing brands out there that are currently getting into creating cute fitness wear. Buy a comfortable {and stylish} pair of sneakers, some fun capri pants, a cute top, and you are good to go!

3. BE POSITIVE
You CAN do this! Maybe you miss a day at the gym, but don’t worry because there is always the next day to get back at it. Don’t be hard on yourself and instead motivate yourself and imagine how great you will feel after working out and eating right.

4. WALK IT OFF
I always tell my friends that walking is a great form of exercise. I’m not the best driver {known fact} so I LOVE to walk when running errands. You can scratch items off your to-do list AND burn calories at the same time. To be honest, I would walk everywhere if I could and luckily Chicago is a very walkable city. Sounds very productive don’t you think?

5. FEEL THE BEAT
Music has always been a great motivator for me. I love making playlists and have one specifically designed for my workouts at the gym. Upbeat music not only keeps your heart rate up, but also helps push yourself to go that extra mile.

6. LEARN TO COOK
Working out is only half the battle. You also need to make sure you are eating right. I find it fun to test out new {healthy} recipes for dinner. The internet holds a wealth of knowledge and there are currently so many websites and food blogs that provide you with LOADS of ideas. You could even try a cooking class if you need some more step-by-step guidance and support.

7. GET THE RIGHT GEAR
Not only are there currently so many cute clothing options for you, but also some great gear. I am loving all the water bottles, FitBits, and other techie devices that can help keep you both trendy and motivated to meet your fitness goal.

8. TRY SOMETHING NEW
Are you in a workout rut and tired of doing the same routine day after day? Why not try something new! A new fitness class can really help cure that boredom. Go online and research what type of classes are in your area and see if your friend wants to join you. Sounds like a great weekend activity to me!

9. TRACK YOUR SUCCESS
Hold yourself accountable for your actions. By keeping a journal and writing down your workouts, meal plans, etc. you will be ale to visualize your goals and make them more achievable.

10.  REWARD YOURSELF
If you stick to your fitness plan and meet your goals then it’s time to reward yourself. It could be something small {like a new outfit or manicure}, or something larger {like a vacation}. If you push yourself to work towards your goal then you deserve it! Right?

What motivates you to workout and eat right? I would love to hear!

These are great tips, I’m glad that some of them I’ doing already. I love to walk everywhere too, I wish I would live in city and could take a long walks everywhere and discover new places , just like I did when I was studying at university. The hardest bit is to find friend with whom to work out. To have motivation when you workout alone is very hard, so to find friend would be wonderful.

All of these are so so important to getting in the right mindset for working out! I’m definitely interested in trying a fitness class to change things up from my normal routine.

I LOVE that shirt! That’s too funny! 3. Be Positive is my top go-to motivator! Not only to and about yourself, but those around you too. It never hurts to give a compliment or tell someone they’re doing well at something!

Hi , loved this post. I 110% agree with the trying something new…It is so easy to get bored of a routine, mixing it up keeps it exciting and keeps me motivated!

I would love for you to check out my blog, It is very different to yours but I am saving money to follow my dreams of BMX racing and get to all the events in the BMX National Series. I hate to ask but it would help me out so so much if you could take the time to have a read or just click on an ad.
