Spring Dinner Salad
Ingredients
- Arugula
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Feta Cheese Crumbles
- Avocado
- Chickpeas
- Olive Oil {3 tablespoons}
- Balsamic Vinegar {1 tablespoon)
- Salt + Pepper
Instructions
- Add the arugula, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese crumbles, chopped avocado, and chickpeas all together in a bowl and set aside.
- To make the dressing mix together the balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss together.
- Serve immediately or keep covered in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
