BAKE 425 - GOLD COAST GIRL

A few weeks ago I was introduced to a new company: BAKE 425. It’s a premium bake-at-home pizza company that offers a wide range of pizzas, salads, and desserts that are both good for you and the environment.

Many of their ingredients are organic {which we all know I LOVE} and locally sourced. Each of their pizzas and salads are designed by artisan bakers to showcase the amazing flavors and ingredients sourced from nearby farms and producers. They are committed to freshness and make all of their crusts, sauces, and salads from scratch daily.

Their menu has so many delicious sounding pizzas so it was hard to choose. My husband and I tried out the caesar salad, the braised short rib pizza {which was a unique combination of of shredded mozzarella, ricotta cheese, pickled cherry peppers, arugula, short rib, and caramelized onions}, and of course for dessert we HAD to get a giant chocolate chip cookie {so easy to bake and a total must!}

The baking instructions are SUPER easy. Just preheat your oven to 425 degrees {hence the name 😉 }, remove all the wrapping, and bake for 10-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

Currently there are a few locations across the Chicagoland area and they plan to expand to the city soon. If you are a pizza lover like me, make sure to check out BAKE425. I promise you will love it!
