Last week I had the chance to check out the restaurant Adamus, located in the Silversmith Hotel. My blogger friends and I sampled some delicious dishes from their new fall menu. Check out what we ate below:
// MINI BEEF EMPANADAS //
Roasted Piquillo Pepper Remoulade, Horseradish Creme
// ARTICHOKE HEARTS + GOAT CHEESE FLATBREAD //
Confit Artichoke, Sweet Peppadews, Soft Goat Cheese Crumble, Garlic Cream
// FORAGED MUSHROOM FLATBREAD //
Crisp Pancetta, Wilted Baby Spinach, Shaved Parmesan, Truffle Cream
// BARTLETT PEAR + SOFT CHEVRE SALAD //
Mulled Bartlett Pear, Baby Arugula, Goat Cheese Mousse, Sherry Vinaigrette
// WHITE ASPARAGUS BISQUE //
Jumbo Lump Crab, Morel Mushrooms, Fresh Chervil
// BRONZED WALLEYE PIKE //
Fingerling Potato Hash, Wilted Spinach, Tiny Heirlooms, Saffron Citrus Emulsion
// JUNIPER PORK TENDERLOIN //
Herb Roasted Yam, Mulled Apple Flan, Ginger Cream
// CHOCOLATE S’MORES CREME BRULEE //
Torched Marshmallow, Toasted Graham Cracker Crust
// PUMPKIN CHEESE CAKE //
Caramel Sauce, Candied Pecans
All the dishes were amazing and filled with lots of flavor. Both the dining room and bar were chic + modern, will beautiful glistening chandeliers. I would have to say that my favorite had to be the mushroom flatbread and the chocolate s’mores creme brulee. You can check out the full fall menu here and if you are ever hanging out in the loop, make sure to swing by The Silversmith Hotel (10 South Wabash Avenue, Chicago IL 60603). They have a super swanky bar area too with lots of fun cocktails. A special thanks to Adamus and WCBC for hosting a perfect evening!
Oh my gosh – I’m putting Adamus on my list of places to eat when we go to Chicago!! It’s barely 9 AM and I’m drooling over all that delicious food!!
