It’s official! I have finally given in to this midi skirt trend. At first I was extremely reluctant due to my short height, but then I decided to give it a shot and found THIS ONE on sale from ASOS. I am taking a cue from the fashionable Blair of Atlantic-Pacific and will probably style mine with lightweight sweaters, crop tops, jackets, wedges…maybe even a fancy sweatshirt. I plan on wearing it to my friend’s baby shower and also to work (in both of these situations a crop top pairing would be an inappropriate no-no, unless no skin is shown 😉 ). Choose a solid colored one if you are going for a classier look or a fun pattern to be more playful. These skirts are usually high waisted and hit right below the knee, making them extremely functional + comfortable.
