I have always been a huge fan of neon. I love a good pop of color and this glowing trend is perfect for spring! Whenever I am feeling blue, I like to add a neon scarf, bag, pair of shoes, statement necklace, etc. to brighten my day. It is refreshing, fun, + young. When it comes to neon, I feel like the main rule is to not go overboard. I like to focus on one piece and then build the rest of my outfit around muted hues.
