If you think about it, fringe is pretty fabulous. It exudes fun, carefree excitement in an outfit and creates magical movement. Lately this tassel trend has been accenting booties (and boots), handbags, skirts, jackets, and even dresses. In my opinion, they look best in neutral tones for a more earthy vibe. Check out some pinspiration below of street style ways to rock your braided, twisted fringe.
I know what you are thinking. Fanny packs? but believe it or not, they are pretty hip these days. I was talking to some friends the other weekend and we were discussing the comeback of the the “belly bag”. If you think about it, sometimes those totes and crossbody bags can hurt your shoulders. So what’s the solution? A fanny pack. I was skeptical about this one, but when I did the research I was able to find a bunch of stylish options out there. Ya or Nay on this one? Happy Monday!
Happy almost weekend everyone! This dress is a new fave that I recently bought ON SALE from Piperlime. It is described as a “tornado marshmallow camo” print (so fun!) and the length makes it perfect for work. I paired it with some classic brown booties from Forever21 and my Linea Pelle crossbody bag (which now comes in more colors like: this + this). Thanks for stopping by! xo
There is something about chunky knits that are so warm + inviting. They are snuggly, soft, and perfect for fall. When choosing it in sweater form, I suggest pairing it with a leather skirt, skinny jeans, or leggings. Dresses go great with booties. Lastly, scarfs + hats go best with neutral tones + textures. Currently I have my eye on this sweater dress and this amazingly warm knit poncho. Below is some pinspiration to help us style our knitwear this season.
This past weekend I had the chance to hang out with one of my favorite fashion bloggers Peggy of Hallways Are My Runways. We talked about fall trends, where to find the best burger in town, and our love for the color burgundy. Check out some pictures and an interview with Peggy below.
